Digital Nexon is looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Ads Operations Executive to support our advertising operations, tracking infrastructure, account management, and data reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Meta Business Manager, tracking systems, pixels, API integrations, domains, and campaign data. You should also be comfortable learning new technical tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities
Meta Ads & Business Manager
• Manage and maintain Meta Business Manager accounts and assets.
• Create, configure, and manage Meta ad accounts.
• Manage ad account access, sharing, permissions, and user profiles.
• Create and manage Meta Pixels, events, and conversion tracking.
• Manage and maintain Facebook Pages and Meta profiles.
• Troubleshoot common Meta Business Manager and advertising-related issues. Tracking & Technical Operations
• Set up and maintain tracking systems for advertising campaigns.
• Working knowledge of RedTrack, Voluum, or similar tracking platforms.
• Configure tracking links, pixels, events, postbacks, and conversion tracking.
• Handle API integrations and assist with troubleshooting tracking issues.
• Manage domain integration, verification, and related technical configurations.
• Monitor tracking accuracy and identify discrepancies between platforms.
• Coordinate with the media buying team to ensure campaigns are properly tracked. Landing Pages & Technical Skills
• Basic knowledge of landing page creation and management.
• Understand domain, hosting, tracking, and landing page integrations.
• Willingness to develop additional technical skills related to landing pages, tracking, and advertising technology.
• Ability to learn new tools and technical processes quickly. Data & Reporting




• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI is preferred.
• Ability to organize, analyze, and interpret campaign and operational data.
• Prepare basic reports and identify important trends or issues.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts, tracking setups, and campaign-related data. Requirements
• 3–6 months of relevant experience is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of Meta Ads and Meta Business Manager.
• Understanding of pixels, events, tracking, domains, and API integrations.
• Experience with RedTrack, Voluum, or similar tracking platforms is preferred.
• Good Excel skills.
• Basic understanding of Power BI and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced advertising setting.
