Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Senior ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Developer to lead the implementation and customization of critical SPM modules. This role will significantly impact our organization by optimizing resource management and enhancing project delivery through effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Implement and customize key ServiceNow SPM modules including Demand Management, Project Management, and Resource Management.
• Understand and support business functions by analyzing requirements and translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Recommend best practices in technical solution design to ensure scalable and robust implementations.
• Identify process gaps and optimize workflows to improve efficiency across the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including business units, PMO, and IT to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout projects.
• Document solutions and conduct knowledge transfer sessions with internal teams to build expertise and ensure continuity.
• Adapt to changing priorities and help foster a collaborative team environment through strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements:




• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM modules such as Agile Development, Strategic Planning, and Time Card Management.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM) is required.
• Robust analytical thinking with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Experience with resource capacity planning, allocation, and utilization processes.
• Ability to document processes and solutions effectively for knowledge transfer. Preferred
