It’s handwoven and modern, for the woman who is rooted in tradition but not bound by it. Operations Executive Every Dressfolk piece starts on a loom in a village and ends in a customer’s hands. You’ll own the journey in between. You’ll make sure our weavers’ work reaches us on time, in full and in perfect condition. You’ll work closely with artisans, category managers, the warehouse and accounts. What you’ll do Purchase orders and vendors
• Raise final purchase orders and send them to vendors by email, or in person with samples for new vendors and artisans
• Be the main point of contact for vendors on dispatch schedules and transit queries Production tracking
• Track production timelines, with check ins twice a week with Category Managers and weekly with Account Managers
• Track progress SKU by SKU to catch delays early Inbound logistics and receiving
• Coordinate logistics partners and vendors on dispatches, and track shipments until they’re delivered
• Receive shipments, check piece counts against packing slips on the day of delivery, and resolve any gaps directly with artisans and vendors




• Create GRNs within 2 days of delivery Quality control and inwarding
• Hand goods to the QC team with the QC sheet as soon as the GRN is done
• Hand QC approved products and GRNs to the Warehouse Manager on the same day QC is completed Rejections and returns
• Prepare QC rejection reports and raise debit and credit notes for goods that don’t meet standards
• Arrange return shipments through reliable couriers, share tracking numbers with vendors and confirm delivery
• File and follow up on claims for damaged or wrong returns with logistics partners or marketplaces Accounts and reconciliation
• Send vendor invoices, credit notes and debit notes to Accounts on time, so ledgers stay accurate and vendors get paid on time
• Skills and experience we’re looking for
• 2 to 4 years in procurement, inward logistics, supply chain or warehouse operations, ideally in fashion, apparel or D2C
• Hands on experience with Unicommerce (POs, GRNs, inventory)
• Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reconciliation
• Highly organised and process driven, someone who follows up until the job is closed
• Clear communicator in Hindi and English. Comfortable working with artisans, vendors and courier partners
• An eye for detail when checking counts, invoices and quality
• A love for Indian textiles and handloom is a big plus
