Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer will work on-site in Ahmedabad in a full time capacity, collaborating closely with the event design and production teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating visual concepts for corporate and wedding events, designing event branding assets, and producing high-quality graphics for presentations, 3D visualizations, digital and print collateral. The role involves developing logos, typography systems, and visual identities that align with client objectives and the overall event experience. The Senior Graphic Designer will manage multiple design projects, provide art direction, maintain brand consistency,



and prepare files for production and vendors. This position also requires active participation in client discussions, incorporating feedback, and ensuring timely delivery of polished design outputs. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in visual design, including Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing event-related and brand-focused work.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, with the ability to develop cohesive visual identities for corporate and wedding experiences.
• Advanced Typography skills, including layout, hierarchy, and readability across digital and print formats.
• Expert-level knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; familiarity with 3D visualization workflows is a plus).
• Demonstrated experience in leading design projects, managing timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to translate client requirements into compelling visual narratives.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions to internal teams and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; prior experience in event, experiential, or environmental design is highly beneficial.
