About the role
Grasany is looking for a self-driven Organic Growth & Content Marketing Contractor to help attract users and paying customers to zo.gy. This is a contract-based, commission-only opportunity for someone who enjoys experimenting with content, exploring online communities, and finding creative ways to grow a digital product. You will have the freedom to propose and test your own ideas, identify relevant audiences, and develop organic growth strategies. Rather than following a fixed content calendar, you'll be expected to identify opportunities, run experiments, measure results, and improve your approach. This is not a salaried position, an internship, or a founding-team role. Compensation is based on eligible revenue attributable to customers you acquire under the agreed terms. Freshers are welcome. Previous qualified experience is not required. Responsibilities
• Research and identify relevant audiences for zo.gy.
• Develop organic content ideas, including educational posts, tutorials, product demonstrations, articles, and short-form videos.
• Discover relevant online communities and participate genuinely where zo.gy can provide value.
• Experiment with different platforms, content formats, and distribution strategies.
• Create practical use cases demonstrating how zo.gy can help individuals and businesses.
• Explore referrals, collaborations, and organic partnerships.
• Track campaign links, audience engagement, sign-ups, and customer conversions.
• Identify which experiments attract relevant users and paying customers.
• Refine successful approaches and document lessons from unsuccessful experiments.
• Follow platform rules, respect community guidelines, and avoid spam or misleading promotional tactics. You will be responsible for developing and executing your own organic growth approach within agreed brand, privacy, and operational guidelines. Compensation and revenue sharingThis is a commission-only contract opportunity with no fixed salary, stipend, or guaranteed earnings. For eligible paying customers attributable to your efforts, you may select one of the following commission structures: Option A — Higher commission
• Earn 40% of eligible subscription revenue for 12 months per acquired customer. Option B — Longer commission period
• Earn 20% of eligible subscription revenue for 24 months per acquired customer. For example, if an acquired customer generates ₹1,000 in eligible subscription revenue per month, your commission would be ₹400 per month under Option A or ₹200 per month under Option B during the applicable period. Commission is payable on eligible revenue actually collected while the customer remains subscribed, subject to the written agreement. The agreement will define customer attribution, commission duration, payment schedules, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and how customers acquired through shared campaigns or referrals are handled. Your earnings will depend on the customers you acquire, the revenue they generate, and how long they remain subscribed. Who should apply? This opportunity is open to freshers and individuals at the beginning of their careers who are interested in organic growth, content marketing, community building, or digital products. You may be a good fit if you:
• Enjoy creating and experimenting with content.
• Understand online communities or are willing to learn how they work.
• Can independently research audiences and develop practical ideas.
• Are comfortable testing approaches that may not succeed initially.
• Can measure results rather than focusing only on views and likes.
• Communicate clearly and work reliably without constant supervision.
• Are motivated by performance-based earnings. A marketing degree, previous employment, and an existing social media following are not required. Application questionsPlease answer the following questions when applying. 1. Your first growth experiment: What organic content or community strategy would you test first to attract users to zo.gy, and why? 2. Your first 30 days: What specific activities would you undertake during your first month? 3. Audience selection: Which audience would you target first, and where would you find them online? 4. Measuring results: How would you determine whether your efforts are generating valuable users and paying customers rather than just views? 5. Handling failure: If your first 20 content experiments produced no meaningful results, what would you do next? 6. A sample idea: Write one example of a useful social media post or community contribution that could introduce zo.gy to a relevant audience without sounding like an advertisement. 7. Compensation acknowledgement: Do you understand and accept that this is a commission-only contract opportunity with no fixed salary, stipend, or guaranteed earnings?
