The show explores how people think, prioritize, and make decisions under time constraints and rising pressure, highlighting the difference between knowing about money and acting wisely in real situations. IFI blends money intelligence, human behavior, competition, and entertainment to discover India’s “Money Rockstar.” Participants and viewers are invited not only to watch but to step into the game, compete, and follow the journey. The show is driven by the belief that money decisions under pressure reveal true character and capability. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Back End Developer supporting India’s Future Investors digital platforms and interactive experiences. The Back End Developer will design, build, and maintain server-side applications and APIs that power user interactions, data workflows, and integration with front-end interfaces. Responsibilities include implementing secure, scalable, and effective backend services, managing databases, optimizing application performance, and ensuring reliability during live and high-traffic show events. The role involves collaborating closely with front-end developers, product teams, and content producers to translate show concepts into robust technical features.



The Back End Developer will also troubleshoot issues, perform code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement of the overall technology stack. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Back-End Web Development skills, including API design, database integration, and server-side frameworks.
• Candidates should possess solid Software Development skills with experience in building, testing, and deploying production-grade applications.
• Candidates should possess Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills for designing maintainable, modular, and reusable code architectures.
• Candidates should possess Programming skills in at least one modern backend language (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java, Go, or similar).
• Candidates should possess basic Front-End Development understanding to collaborate effectively with UI/UX and front-end teams.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, version control (e.g., Git), and RESTful or GraphQL APIs is beneficial.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization, or CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment are expected.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
