Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sr. Legal Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Sr. Legal Executive will handle day-to-day legal matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to procurement, sales, projects, and corporate operations. The role involves providing legal advisory support to management, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and monitoring changes in legislation relevant to the steel and manufacturing industry. The Sr. Legal Executive will manage and coordinate litigation and dispute resolution,



liaise with external legal counsel, and prepare documentation and reports for hearings and regulatory filings. The role also includes maintaining organized legal records, supporting risk management initiatives, conducting due diligence for key business transactions, and training internal stakeholders on legal and compliance requirements. Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and commercial law, especially as applied to manufacturing, infrastructure, and construction sectors.
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of contracts and legal documents (e.g., supply agreements, service contracts, MoUs, NDAs, leases).
• Proven ability to manage litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution, including coordination with external counsel and preparation of case-related documentation.
• Hands-on experience with regulatory compliance, licensing, and statutory filings, preferably in the steel or heavy industry domain.
• Strong analytical, research, and legal interpretation skills, with the ability to provide explicit, practical advice to business stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple matters simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LL.
B/LL.
M) from a recognized institution; enrollment with a Bar Council is preferred.
