About the Team The Fundraising & Partnerships team at Navi works with external stakeholders, including investors and financial institutions, to secure capital and funds & to establish tech backed partnerships (like co-lending) essential for driving the Lending business. Their efforts ensure that the business has the financial resources needed to support and expand Navi's lending offerings, ensuring smooth operations and sustainable growth.

About the Role
A detail-oriented Capital Markets Operations professional to manage the ongoing operational lifecycle, financial settlements, and investor relations. This role serves as the central operational pillar for our capital markets function, ensuring regulatory reporting, timely financial settlements, and excellent investor support. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of invoicing, retail query resolution, MIS management, and data sharing for institutional investors and wealth partners.

Key Responsibilities
• Treasury Settlements & Invoicing: Manage redemptions, monitor fund settlements, and ensure timely processing of vendor, arranger, and trustee invoices.
• Investor Relations & Onboarding: Facilitate institutional investor due diligence, act as the SPOC for data requests/credit reviews, and coordinate vendor onboarding.
• Retail Investor Support: Resolve post-issuance investor queries and manage grievances related to payouts, TDS, and redemptions.
• MIS & Process Excellence: Maintain comprehensive trackers for payment schedules and rating limits; update internal portals and drive SOP creation. Must Haves
• Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach.
• Exceptional stakeholder management (interacting with Banks, Trustees, investors), high attention to detail for operational compliance and invoice validation,



and strong proficiency in maintaining MIS/trackers.
• Process-driven with a strong sense of urgency, especially concerning fund settlements, invoicing, and time-sensitive operational reporting. Good to Have
• 0–2 year of relevant work experience (freshers with strong aptitude are welcome to apply).
