Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out

Workspace Projects Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with robust expertise in commercial interior fit-out projects, C&I; (Civil & Interiors) scope of work, and exposure to MEP services. The ideal candidate should be skilled in end-to-end project execution, stakeholder management, and client communication, with a preference for experience in workspace projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end execution of commercial interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Oversee C&I; scope of work and coordinate with MEP teams for seamless project execution.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, BOQs, site progress, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors,



and internal teams.
• Maintain excellent client communication and proactively resolve project-related issues.
• Monitor site safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
• Track project progress, prepare reports, and ensure timely completion within the agreed scope and budget. Requirements
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out and commercial project management.
• Strong understanding of C&I; scope of work and working knowledge of MEP services.
• Experience in stakeholder management and client-facing project execution.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Workspace project management experience will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
