Role Description The Investment Banking Specialist will play a key role in structuring, analyzing, and evaluating financial scenarios and deals featured on India’s Future Investors. This full-time remote role involves conducting financial modeling and valuation analyses, assessing investment opportunities, and supporting due diligence on businesses and concepts showcased on the program. The specialist will collaborate with producers and content teams to translate complex financial insights into clear, engaging narratives suitable for a broad audience. Daily tasks include preparing financial reports and pitch-style materials, reviewing market and industry data,



and advising on deal structures that align with the show’s format. The role also includes contributing to the design of financial challenges, ensuring they reflect authentic investment banking practices while remaining accessible and entertaining. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex financial and market data.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Finance and Investments, including valuation methods and capital markets concepts.
• Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Financial Modeling, including building and reviewing models for various scenarios.
• Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Due Diligence, including qualitative and quantitative business assessments.
• Relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate finance is highly beneficial.
• Solid communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly to non-specialist audiences.
• Comfort working remotely, managing deadlines, and collaborating with cross-functional creative and production teams.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related discipline is preferred.
