Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagercoil. This position oversees day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for hospital staff. The role involves managing employee relations, handling performance management processes, and supporting learning and development initiatives. The Human Resources Manager will ensure compliance with labor laws and hospital policies, maintain accurate HR records and documentation, and administer compensation and benefits programs.



The role also includes partnering with department heads to address staffing needs, promoting a positive workplace culture, and implementing HR policies and procedures that support safe, effective patient care. Qualifications
• Robust skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
• Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance, preferably within the health care sector.
• Proficiency in HR administration, record-keeping, HRIS tools, and basic data reporting.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in a hospital or health care setting is highly beneficial.
