The group also operates TYMK Softwares for technology solutions and TYMK Creative Services for consulting and loyalty programs, positioning itself as “the brand behind the brands.” Role Description The Junior Graphic Designer will support the design team in creating visual assets for cosmetics, nutraceuticals, Ayurveda, and food & beverage brands, including packaging, marketing materials, and digital creatives. Daily responsibilities include assisting in the development of brand-aligned graphics, logos, and layouts, preparing design files for print and digital use,



and collaborating with marketing and product teams to translate briefs into clear visual concepts. The role involves adapting designs for multiple platforms, maintaining consistent branding across all collateral, and staying updated on industry trends and design standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based at the TYMK GROUP corporate office in Vadodara. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for both digital and print applications.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to support brand identity and product packaging.
• Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Typography to create readable, visually appealing layouts.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent) is highly beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, along with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and willingness to learn from feedback are important for success in this role.
• Effective communication, time management, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are advantageous.
