Key Responsibilities
• Drive overall business growth, revenue and profitability.
• Lead sales, distribution, operations and business expansion.
• Strengthen dealer networks and explore new domestic and international markets.
• Build high-performing teams and streamline business processes.
• Work closely with the founders to define and execute the company's growth strategy. Ideal Candidate:
• Proven experience in business leadership, P&L; management and scaling businesses.
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare equipment, orthopedics or physiotherapy/rehabilitation products preferred.
• Solid commercial acumen, strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
