Experience:
5+ years in International Voice Process, with formal Team Lead experience Your
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and motivate a team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve productivity.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members to strengthen sales performance.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure effective resolution.
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
• Maintain service quality, customer satisfaction and process compliance.
• Collaborate with management to achieve business and operational goals. What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in an International Voice Process.
• Prior formal Team Lead and team-handling experience.
• US Sales experience preferred; product sales leadership experience is an added advantage.
• Excellent English communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong leadership, coaching and performance-management abilities.
• A proven ability to drive sales conversions and achieve business targets.
• Willingness to work from the Bangalore office during US night shifts. ? Graduates and non-graduates are welcome, subject to the required experience and skills. ?
