Role Description The Video Editor Intern role at TheDarkStore is a remote internship focused on creating engaging video content that showcases the brand’s apparel and storytelling. Day-to-day tasks include editing product and campaign videos, assembling raw footage, adding transitions, simple motion graphics, and audio adjustments to produce polished content for social media and digital platforms. The intern will collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to interpret briefs, maintain brand aesthetics, and adapt edits for different formats and channels. Responsibilities also include organizing media assets, exporting final files in required specifications,



and contributing ideas to improve visual narratives and content performance. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with the ability to handle basic end-to-end editing workflows.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to maintain consistent visual style and enhance overall look and feel.
• Ability to create simple Motion Graphics and work with Graphics elements to support brand storytelling.
• Familiarity with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, After Effects or similar).
• Attention to detail, good sense of timing and pacing, and an eye for visual composition and design.
• Robust communication skills, ability to take feedback constructively, and collaborate effectively in a remote workplace.
• Demonstrated interest in fashion, streetwear, or visual storytelling; prior portfolio or showreel of video work is highly beneficial.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in film, media, design, communication, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
