Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and results-driven candidate to support business development activities at Pinnacle Technologies. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting the company’s software development services and social media management solutions for resorts. The candidate will help explore new business opportunities, follow up with prospects, and contribute to the company’s overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business leads for software development services and social media management solutions.
• Research potential clients, including businesses, resorts, and other organizations.
• Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other business platforms.
• Promote the company's SaaS products, cloud solutions, website and mobile app development, and customized software services.
• Identify resorts and hospitality businesses that require Instagram page management and social media marketing services.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to suggest suitable solutions.
• Follow up with potential clients, arrange meetings, prepare proposals, and support sales negotiations.




• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Maintain records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and contributing to the company's business growth. 4. Sales Performance and Reporting
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets for both companies.
• Track leads, client acquisition, conversions, and sales performance.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Lead and coordinate sales activities to support business growth. Required Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales or business development.
• Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, IT services, or creative services preferred.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
• Ability to meet sales targets, acquire recent clients, and manage multiple sales opportunities. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Qualified leads generated and new clients acquired.
• Monthly and quarterly revenue for both companies.
• Sales conversion rate and successful deal closures.
