Don't just create content. Build the voice of a wealth brand. At MIRA Wealth, we're building a different kind of wealth brand
- one that makes people think more deeply about money, investing and what they want their wealth to achieve. We are at the beginning of our social media journey, and are looking for someone who can help shape it. Someone who knows how to turn an interesting idea into a compelling video, make complex subjects engaging, and build content that people actually want to watch, share and come back to. This isn't a role where you'll spend your days managing content calendars or coordinating with agencies. You'll be creating, experimenting and figuring out what MIRA should sound and look like in the world. If that's the kind of challenge that excites you, read on.

What you'll do
• Create content people want to watch. Develop and produce short-form videos, face-to-camera content, reels, carousels and other formats. Own the journey from idea and script to shooting, editing and final packaging.
• Find MIRA's voice. Help decide what we talk about, how we talk about it and what makes our perspective distinctive. Turn wealth, investing and financial decisions into stories that are accessible, relevant and worth paying attention to.
• Build original content formats. Develop recurring series, work with our leadership and experts on camera, and explore podcasts, conversations and emerging formats that can give MIRA a recognisable presence.
• Make the content travel. Understand how different platforms work. Experiment with distribution, collaborations, community engagement and platform-native formats to grow our reach, build credibility and attract the right audience.
• Use AI to create smarter. Experiment with AI tools for research, scripting, ideation, editing, repurposing and creative production. We're interested in people who use current tools to push creative boundaries, not just save time.




• Keep learning what works. Study audience behaviour and content performance, test new approaches and continuously improve. Success means more than views
- it's about building a relevant audience, brand recall and trust. You could be the person we're looking for if…
• You have around 4–6 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital storytelling or a similar role.
• You have a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create compelling content, particularly short-form video. We want to see what you've made and understand your contribution.
• You have a strong instinct for storytelling, hooks, scripting, editing, visual packaging and what makes people stop scrolling.
• You understand social platforms beyond posting including distribution, audience growth, engagement and how to learn from performance.
• You're comfortable experimenting with AI and new-age content tools, and can take an idea from concept to finished output without needing a large team around you.
• You're proactive, curious and excited by the opportunity to build something from scratch. Experience in finance, fintech or wealth management is an advantage. More important is your ability to make complex ideas interesting without sacrificing credibility. What makes this opportunity different? Location:
