Role Description The Beauty Advisor – EBO (Exclusive Brand Outlet) is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves providing personalized beauty and skincare consultations, demonstrating products, and guiding customers to suitable solutions that reflect Kimirica’s self-care philosophy. The Beauty Advisor will handle daily retail sales activities, including welcoming customers, explaining product benefits, upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring an engaging in-store experience. Responsibilities include maintaining product displays, replenishing stock, keeping the outlet clean and organized,



and following brand standards. The role also includes capturing customer feedback, supporting promotional events or campaigns, and working closely with the store team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in cosmetology and skin care; ability to provide informed, safe, and personalized beauty advice.
• Solid product knowledge across skincare, bath & body, and fragrance categories; ability to explain ingredients, benefits, and usage clearly.
• Excellent customer service skills with a customer-centric approach and ability to build long-term relationships.
• Experience in retail sales, preferably in beauty, skincare, or luxury lifestyle; ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with diverse customers and working in a team.
• Proficiency in basic POS operations and handling customer transactions accurately.
• Prior experience in an EBO, beauty retail, or hospitality setting is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• High standards of personal grooming and a professional, approachable demeanor.
