Key Responsibilities
• Job Posting: Publish job openings on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract suitable candidates for different internship and job roles.
• Resume Screening: Review applications and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Recruitment Coordination: Communicate with candidates, schedule interviews, and follow up throughout the hiring process.
• Candidate Management: Maintain recruitment records and update hiring trackers.
• Onboarding: Coordinate selected candidates' joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding communication.
• HR Support: Assist with recruitment planning and other basic HR activities as required.
