Role Description The Manufacturing Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Jabalpur. This role involves operating and monitoring production equipment for adult diaper manufacturing, ensuring that machines run safely, efficiently, and according to established procedures. The technician will perform routine checks, basic troubleshooting, and adjustments to maintain product quality and minimize downtime. Daily responsibilities include following clean room and hygiene protocols, conducting in-process quality checks, recording production data, and collaborating with supervisors and team members to meet output and quality targets.



The role also requires adherence to safety guidelines, participation in equipment cleaning and maintenance, and support for continuous improvement activities on the production floor. Qualifications
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and experience working in a production or factory setting.
• Experience working in clean rooms or controlled environments, with strict adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
• Quality control skills, including conducting inspections, documenting results, and following standard operating procedures.
• Troubleshooting abilities to identify basic equipment or process issues and escalate complex problems appropriately.
• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with production teams, supervisors, and quality staff.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and commitment to maintaining product and safety standards.
• Basic technical or vocational qualification in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in hygiene products, medical devices, or similar regulated manufacturing environments is an advantage.
