More importantly, you have led transformation across these challenges, connecting business priorities with technology modernisation to deliver meaningful outcomes. At Quantiphi, you will bring that experience to an AI-first consulting practice focused on making insurance transformation real. This role brings together technology and operations transformation under one mandate, helping Life Insurance and Annuity clients rethink how their businesses operate, modernise their technology foundations, and unlock the potential of AI and data. You will be a senior advisor to clients, a thought leader in the insurance market, and a builder helping shape Quantiphi’s insurance transformation practice.. What You Will Do ● Lead end-to-end insurance transformation: Advise Life Insurance and Annuity clients on business and technology transformation, connecting operational priorities, platform modernisation and digital capabilities to strategic business outcomes. ● Drive technology modernisation: Guide clients through legacy application modernisation, core insurance platform transformation and digital strategy, with a robust understanding of the complexities of regulated insurance environments. ● Transform insurance operations: Help insurers move from fragmented, manual-heavy processes to intelligent, scalable operating models across underwriting, claims, policy administration, annuity operations and related functions.



● Advise senior client stakeholders: Engage directly with CXOs and business and technology leaders to diagnose challenges, build transformation roadmaps, develop business cases and drive alignment around change. ● Bring AI and data into the transformation agenda: Work closely with Quantiphi’s AI, data and technology teams to translate insurance domain knowledge into practical solutions that improve operational efficiency, decision-making, customer experience and business performance. ● Shape Quantiphi’s insurance offerings and point of view: Define the perspectives, frameworks, solutions and go-to-market approaches that differentiate Quantiphi in the insurance technology and operations transformation market. ● Build and grow the practice: Partner with leadership to identify market opportunities, develop client relationships, shape advisory engagements and contribute to the growth of Quantiphi’s insurance consulting business. ● Bridge business and technology: Ensure transformation strategies are grounded in the realities of insurance operations while translating business needs into actionable technology and implementation priorities. What You Bring ● 15–20 years of experience across insurance technology, operations transformation, or a combination of both, with deep domain expertise in Life Insurance and Annuity. ● Strong understanding of insurance technology,



including core insurance platforms, policy administration systems, application modernisation, digital transformation and technology strategy. ● Deep understanding of insurance operations, including areas such as underwriting, claims, policy administration, annuity operations or actuarial operations, and the ability to connect operational challenges with broader business and technology priorities. ● End-to-end transformation experience, with a track record of taking engagements from problem diagnosis and business case development through roadmap definition, stakeholder alignment and delivery. ● Senior advisory and client leadership capabilities, with the executive presence to build trust with CXOs, influence decision-making and lead complex transformation conversations. ● AI and data orientation, with the ability to identify where AI, analytics and intelligent automation can create tangible value across insurance business and technology functions. ● Consulting or transformation leadership experience, gained through management consulting, advisory, or transformation roles within an insurance carrier or specialist firm. ● A builder mindset, with the ability to develop offerings, shape market propositions, identify opportunities and work collaboratively with leadership to grow a practice.
