Amar Solar is a rooftop solar company with 80+ installations across Mumbai and Thane, rated 5 stars on Google and on the PM Surya Ghar portal. We work with housing societies, bungalows, schools and commercial buildings. The role We're looking for a Sales Manager who will lead our sales team and close deals personally.

What you'll do
• Run the daily sales rhythm: call targets, follow-ups and pipeline reviews in our CRM
•
- Coach the team on calls, site visits and proposals
•
- Close housing society and commercial deals, including presenting to society committees
•
- Track and report weekly numbers: leads, meetings, proposals, closures What we're looking for
• 3+ years in sales, with at least 1 year leading a team
•
- Solar, real estate, insurance or home-improvement sales experience is a plus
•
- Confident presenting in Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus)
•
- Disciplined with a CRM and with numbers
