We are looking for an experienced and industry-oriented STOM Tutor to train learners in Service Transition and Operation Management, with a focus on IT service management, ITIL practices, and real-world service operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver structured online training sessions on Service Transition and Service Operation.
• Explain ITIL concepts, frameworks, processes, and best practices.
• Cover key topics such as change management, release and deployment management, service validation and testing, incident management, problem management, and event management.
• Use practical examples, case studies, and real-world IT service scenarios.
• Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Help learners understand IT service management workflows and industry expectations.
• Support learners with interview preparation and career-oriented guidance.



Requirements
• Strong knowledge of Service Transition, Service Operation, and ITIL practices.
• Relevant experience in IT service management, IT operations, or service delivery.
• Prior experience in corporate training or teaching is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a easy, practical manner.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow will be an added advantage. Engagement Details
