Role Description The Pre-Sales Caller role is a full-time remote position responsible for engaging potential clients and supporting the sales pipeline. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, qualifying leads, understanding client needs, and presenting App Ringer’s services in a clear and professional manner. The Pre-Sales Caller will schedule meetings or demos for the sales and technical teams, maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools, and follow up with prospects to move opportunities forward. This role also involves collaborating with marketing and delivery teams to refine messaging,



share feedback from prospects, and contribute to improving pre-sales processes. Consistent communication, professionalism, and a client-focused approach are key to success in this position. Qualifications
• Strong communication skills, including clear spoken English, active listening, and the ability to explain technical services in simple terms.
• Experience with lead generation, cold calling, or telemarketing, and familiarity with pre-sales or inside sales processes.
• Ability to use CRM or sales tracking tools, basic office productivity software, and remote collaboration platforms.
• Customer-focused mindset, with skills in relationship-building, objection handling, and empathetic, professional behavior.
• Organizational and time-management skills, including maintaining call logs, managing follow-ups, and prioritizing leads.
• Comfort working remotely, being self-motivated, and collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
• Previous experience in IT services, software development, or technology sales is a plus.
• High school diploma required; a college degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
