RNAIPL offers a dynamic manufacturing environment with a focus on quality, efficiency, and career growth. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inventory Controller role based in Kanchipuram. The Inventory Controller will monitor and manage stock levels, ensure accurate inventory records, and coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to maintain optimal material availability. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking stock movement, reconciling discrepancies, performing regular cycle counts, and supporting audits.



The role also involves analyzing inventory data to identify trends, reduce stock variances, and improve inventory turnover. The Inventory Controller will collaborate across departments to implement inventory control procedures and support continuous improvement in the supply chain. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Stock Control, Stock Management, and Inventory Control skills.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and process improvement.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordination with cross-functional teams and reporting.
• Experience in automotive or manufacturing environments, with knowledge of ERP or inventory management systems, is beneficial.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Attention to detail, ability to work on-site in a fast-paced production setting, and commitment to safety and quality standards are essential.
