Job Description
We are looking for a confident and results-oriented Telesales Executive to generate leads, engage prospective customers, follow up on enquiries, and support sales of industrial products. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and an interest in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Respond to incoming sales enquiries and follow up on leads.
• Understand customer requirements and explain relevant industrial products.
• Generate qualified leads and identify potential business opportunities.
• Follow up on quotations, enquiries, and prospective orders.
• Maintain accurate call records, customer information, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Handle customer objections professionally and coordinate with the sales team.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Required Skills &
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales.
• Experience in B2B sales is preferred; industrial or manufacturing product sales experience is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and explain product benefits.
• Familiarity with CRM software, MS Excel, and sales tracking tools.
• Strong follow-up skills, time management, and a target-oriented approach.
