Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimise Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns.
* Develop ad creatives, hooks, copy, and reel/UGC scripts.
* Analyse ROAS, CPA, CPL, and campaign performance.
* Test creatives, scale winning ads, and optimise budgets.
* Coordinate with designers and video editors.
Requirements:
* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads.
* Strong creative strategy and analytical skills.
* D2C/e-commerce experience preferred.
