Noida, full time, Onsite Compensation: as per industry standards and last CTC Joining: Immediate About the job Industry Relations Officer The Industry Relations officer at TDV will be someone who will be responsible for driving industry academia interface by forging and sustaining relations with relevant Industry. This is a target based assignment around placements and internships for the students of different batches. This job will include
- 1. Working closely with Head : Industry affairs to strategize and achieve successful career outcomes for the graduating class through a robust campus recruitment process. 2. Achieve individual targets assigned for the annual recruitment process, domestic and international internships, and Task box live projects. Support other team members wherever required. 3. Plan and engage with companies for strategic activities including guest lectures, panel discussions, conclaves, workshops, competitions, etc. 4.



See through a few live task box projects in line with the industry and the students to get a better understanding. 5. Manage and curate student career services, including career counselling, grooming, educational guidance, and tutorial support helping in the preparation of students for interviews and portfolios. 6. Work with key stakeholders including Alumni, Faculty, Administration, Marketing and admissions teams to achieve both career services and larger institutional objectives. 7. Create recent placement partners basis placement opportunities across schools and manage existing placement partners for repurchase of placements, internships. Prerequisites: 1. Postgraduate from a Design or aligned field 2. Excellent communication skills (Spoken and written) 3. High Integrity and ethical standards 4. Knowledge of Industry and demographics.
