Role Description The English Teacher role at British School of Language is a part-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The teacher will deliver engaging spoken and applied English lessons to learners of varying proficiency levels, following BSL’s established curriculum and teaching methodologies. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and structuring lessons, facilitating interactive classroom activities, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The teacher will also support learners in developing communication skills and confidence,



maintain accurate records of attendance and performance, and collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve teaching practices and learning outcomes. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in English Teaching and Education, with the ability to adapt instruction to diverse learning needs.
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Teaching, including designing structured, interactive, and goal-oriented sessions.
• Excellent Communication skills, with clear spoken and written English and an approachable classroom presence.
• Relevant academic background, such as a degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Prior experience in classroom teaching or language training, preferably with adult or mixed-age learners.
• Ability to manage groups, maintain a positive learning setting, and use learner-centered teaching methods.
• Familiarity with personality development or soft skills training is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Lucknow and follow BSL’s professional and ethical standards.
