Roles and Responsibilities 1. Development, implementation and monitoring of overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization nurture a positive working environment. 2. Masters degree in HR / MBA (HR Spec.) with min. 3-5 year experience in manufacturing industry or related field 2. Must be proficient in English Language Communication with robust letter drafting skills. 3. Complete working knowledge of all HR functions including organisation diagnosis, organization transformation, strategic planning, training and development, recruitment, compensation, employee benefits etc. 4. Candidates with prior experience in chemicals/manufacturing industries will be given higher preference. 5. Working knowledge of MS Office Software.
