WE ARE HIRING | SENIOR OFFICER – FINANCIAL REPORTING (R2R) We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical qualified to join our Finance & Accounts team as a Senior Officer – Financial Reporting (R2R). The role will be responsible for supporting financial reporting, general ledger accounting, period-end closing, account reconciliations, and audit-related activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting in line with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the preparation of financial statements, notes to accounts, and financial reporting schedules.
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including general ledger reconciliations, provisions, and accruals.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with statutory and internal audits, including preparation of audit schedules and responses to auditor queries.
• Support Ind AS compliance, GST and TDS-related accounting, and other statutory requirements.




• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure timely reporting.
• Adhere to internal controls, accounting procedures, and reporting timelines while contributing to process improvements. 2.

Com / M.
Com or an equivalent qualification in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• CA Inter / semi-qualified CA preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, Financial Reporting, or Record to Report (R2R).
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and period-end closing.
• Understanding of Ind AS, financial statement preparation, and audit processes.
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.
• Hands-on SAP experience is mandatory. Preferred Candidate Profile: A professional with strong accounting fundamentals, analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet reporting deadlines while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
