Role Description The Head Human Resources Development will lead the design and implementation of HR development strategies that support organizational growth and strengthen people capability. This full time, on-site role based in Gurugram involves overseeing HR policies and frameworks, driving employee development programs, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. The role includes collaborating with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives,



managing performance management and succession planning, and supporting leadership and behavioral development programs. The Head Human Resources Development will also handle employee relations, ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and HR best practices, and monitor HR metrics to continuously improve HR processes and outcomes. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) and Human Resource Development, with a proven ability to design and implement people development initiatives.
• Candidates should possess skills in HR Management and HR Policies, including experience in policy formulation, compliance, and performance management systems.
• Candidates should possess solid Employee Relations skills, with experience managing engagement, conflict resolution, and a respectful, inclusive workplace culture.
• Relevant experience in corporate training, organizational development, or consulting environments is highly beneficial.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior management and collaborate across functions.
• Demonstrated ability to use HR data and metrics for decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
