Sparsh Aerobotics is committed to improving safety and efficiency in building maintenance, reducing the need for risky manual cleaning at height. The team is also planning to expand its drone-based services to include cleaning solar panels and windmills, creating new opportunities in sustainable infrastructure maintenance. Role Description The Drone Pilot will operate cleaning drones on-site at various residential and commercial locations in Gujarat, India, ensuring safe and effective high-altitude surface cleaning. This full-time role includes pre-flight inspections, mission planning, operating UAVs during cleaning operations, and monitoring equipment performance throughout each job. The pilot will coordinate with ground staff, follow safety protocols, and document flight logs, maintenance needs, and operational issues. The role involves assisting with equipment setup, basic troubleshooting, routine maintenance,



and providing feedback to improve cleaning techniques and drone performance. The Drone Pilot may also support training sessions and demonstrations for team members and clients on proper use and safety practices. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Drone Piloting and Piloting for precise and safe operations at varying altitudes.
• Candidates should possess practical experience with Drones and UAV systems, including basic setup, calibration, and routine checks.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills to help guide team members and support safe, consistent operational practices.
• Good understanding of safety regulations, risk assessment, and on-site safety procedures for working around buildings and infrastructure.
• Ability to work in office in varying weather conditions, with strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with operations staff, clients, and supervisors.
• Prior experience in aerial operations, building maintenance, or related technical fields is an advantage.
• Relevant certification or license for drone operation, in line with local regulations, is preferred.
