What is the role: We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and motivated fresh graduates to join Numera Academy’s 6 month Learn & Earn Program in Global Accounting. This is an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in accounting, gain practical industry exposure, and learn while earning. The role is ideal for individuals eager to learn, grow professionally, and build a rewarding career in global accounting. What you would do:
• Participate in a structured six-month training program to develop your accounting knowledge, technical skills, and practical workplace competencies.
• Work on assigned projects and practical accounting tasks under the guidance of experienced professionals.
• Gain exposure to global accounting practices, processes, and client service requirements.
• Use digital tools and applications to manage sample financial data, maintain accurate records,



and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt to new processes, incorporate feedback, and continuously improve performance.
• Complete periodic assessments to evaluate learning progress, technical competency, and overall readiness for full-time employment.
• Upon successful completion of the six-month program, candidates will have a strong opportunity to transition into full time employment with Numera, subject to their performance and the company's requirements. Numera Numera What you need:
• A recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools, including Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail, and Google Drive.
• Valuable analytical skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Enthusiasm for building a long-term career in global accounting. Here are some bonus points: ● Schedule: Monday–Friday. ● Hours: 9.30 am
