Location:
HSR Layout, Bangalore (on-site).

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the launch of new store locations, including site selection, construction, and fit out.
• Work closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and on track.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including landlords, contractors, and vendors, to ensure all timelines and budgets are met.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, and regularly update all stakeholders on progress.
• Ensure all projects comply with local regulations and laws.
• Identify and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Provide support to store managers and staff during the launch process and ensure a smooth handover to the operations team. What you need :
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management,



Business Administration, or a related field
• 6
- 10 years of overall experience with a minimum 5 years of experience in project management, and at least 3 years of experience in retail
• Robust leadership and execution skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience working in India and knowledge of local regulations and laws is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage, motivate, and lead teams.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
