Role Description The Business Development Associate role is a full time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. This role involves identifying and qualifying new leads, building relationships with corporate and institutional partners, and promoting the academy’s training programs. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, coordinating outreach campaigns, and following up with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings. The Business Development Associate will collaborate with the training and marketing teams to refine offerings, support proposal development, and track performance metrics.



The role also includes maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools and providing regular reports on business development activities. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations to diverse audiences.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify opportunities, analyze trends, and understand client needs.
• Candidates should possess clear, professional Communication skills, including the ability to engage stakeholders and build long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess basic sales or business development abilities, such as pipeline management, negotiation, and follow-up.
• Relevant educational background in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in education, training, or services sectors is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, manage multiple tasks, and use standard productivity and CRM tools effectively.
