Role Description The Growth and Market Expansion Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new markets, driving customer acquisition, and expanding Blulines Learning’s presence among schools and students. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, designing and executing growth strategies, managing sales pipelines, and building relationships with educational institutions and partners. The role also involves setting measurable growth targets, tracking performance metrics, coordinating cross-functional projects, and optimizing campaigns and initiatives based on data-driven insights.



The Growth and Market Expansion Lead will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure aligned, sustainable expansion across key regions. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to conduct market research, interpret data, and make evidence-based growth decisions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage with schools, partners, internal teams, and stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.

• Relevant experience in EdTech, education services, or business development is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Familiarity with the Indian school education landscape and local market dynamics in Kerala is an advantage.
