We are currently expanding our Environmental Clearance (EC) division and looking for a seasoned, highly organized EC Coordinator to join our team in Pune. Job Purpose: The EC Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Environmental Management Plan (EMP) studies, supporting the organization in obtaining Environmental Clearance for its projects. This role involves seamless coordination with environmental consultants, Functional Area Experts, internal project teams, laboratories, and regulatory authorities to ensure timely preparation, review, submission, and finalization of EIA/EMP documentation, including presentations before SEAC/SEIAA.

Key Responsibilities
• EIA / EMP Coordination: Coordinate end-to-end EIA and EMP studies, consolidate technical inputs, monitor study progress, review technical reports for gaps, and ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Environmental Clearance Process: Manage the EC lifecycle from application preparation through regulatory approval, track submissions, handle observations/queries, and maintain meticulous records of all regulatory correspondence.
• Regulatory Coordination & Presentations: Spearhead the preparation of presentations and supporting documents for regulatory authorities.



Play a key role in presenting projects before SEAC/SEIAA and other competent authorities.
• EC Division Contribution: Work closely with project, planning, engineering, and legal departments across multiple projects to identify potential bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and strengthen the organization's EC division. Required Qualifications &

Education:
Candidates should hold any of the following degrees:

Sc. in Environmental Science
• M.
Tech in Environmental Engineering / Environmental Science
• B.
E. / B.
Tech in Civil Engineering
• B.
E. / B.
Tech in Environmental Engineering
• B.
E. / B.
Tech in Chemical Engineering (Relevant qualifications with suitable EIA/Environmental Clearance experience will also be considered). Experience Required:
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in EIA/EMP, Environmental Clearance, environmental consultancy, or related regulatory activities.
• Proven experience coordinating with multidisciplinary technical experts and consultants.
• Exposure to SEAC/SEIAA presentations and regulatory interactions is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in township, infrastructure, real estate, or large-scale industrial development projects will be an added advantage. Key Competencies & Technical

Skills:
• Strong understanding of EIA/EMP preparation, coordination, and applicable environmental regulations/notifications.
• Working knowledge of the PARIVESH portal and online EC application workflows.
• Strong project tracking, documentation, report-reviewing, and stakeholder-management skills.
