Manager, HR Business Partner Manager

Location:
Hyderabad Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Experience:
10 years of HR experience preferred Industry: Aviation / Training / Related Industries Role Overview: OpsLogic is looking for a capable and hands-on HR qualified to manage onsite HR operations for a client in the aviation training sector. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee engagement, overseeing day-to-day HR activities, and coordinating payroll, legal matters and statutory compliance with the relevant teams. The ideal candidate should be able to manage HR functions independently, establish structured processes and work closely with management to address organisational and employee-related matters. Roles and Responsilibilites:
• HR Policy & Process Development: Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and guidelines aligned with organisational requirements and applicable labour laws.
• Employee Engagement & Relations: Drive employee engagement initiatives, address grievances and foster a positive workplace culture.
• HR Operations: Manage onboarding, attendance, leave, employee records, employee queries and exit formalities.
• Payroll Coordination:



Coordinate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and resolve salary-related queries.
• Legal & Statutory Compliance: Coordinate employee-related documentation, labour law compliance and legal matters with the relevant internal teams.
• Management Support: Advise management on HR matters, employee relations and process improvements.
• HR Process Implementation: Establish and streamline HR processes to support the organisation’s operational and employee management needs. Qualification & Requirments:
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in HR operations and policy development.
• Working knowledge of Indian labour laws, payroll processes and statutory compliance.
• Ability to independently manage day-to-day HR activities and develop HR policies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work onsite and coordinate effectively with management and internal teams. Preferred: Experience in aviation, aviation training, education or other regulated industries.
