Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Support Intern to assist the Support Team in managing parent queries, resolving basic technical issues, maintaining records, and ensuring a smooth experience for parents and students using our online school platform.

Key Responsibilities

Handle parent queries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.

Assist parents with basic technical issues related to the online learning platform.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of queries and complaints.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and follow-ups in the CRM.

Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely closure within defined timelines.

Support the team in improving parent satisfaction and overall customer experience.

Identify recurring issues and report them to the concerned team.

Assist with daily support operations and prepare regular activity reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or pursuing graduation in any discipline; candidates from IT or Computer Science backgrounds are preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Basic knowledge of computers, internet applications, and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with Google Workspace, MS Office, and CRM tools is an advantage.

Strong problem-solving, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Willingness to learn, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude.
