Experience:
0–2 years; freshers with relevant aptitude may apply Role purpose Build customer relationships and develop sales opportunities for ANWON’s cables and conductors within the Surat territory. Work under the Area Sales Manager to identify prospects, understand requirements, follow up on enquiries and maintain accurate sales records. During the pre-launch phase, focus on market mapping, customer introductions and building a qualified enquiry pipeline. As commercial operations begin, support order conversion, customer servicing and payment follow-up.

Key responsibilities
Identify and map industrial customers, electrical and EPC contractors, panel builders, and relevant dealers or distributors in the Surat territory. Plan field visits with the Area Sales Manager, contact prospective customers and meet procurement, project and maintenance teams to understand upcoming requirements. Present ANWON using approved company information and product material. Communicate product availability and launch status accurately. Collect clear enquiry details, including cable or conductor type, size, quantity, application, delivery location and required timeline. Obtain specifications or bills of quantities where available. Coordinate with Sales Operations and the technical team for quotations and clarifications. Share approved offers and follow up on customer feedback and pending decisions. Keep customer contacts, visit notes, enquiry status, follow-up dates and expected order timelines updated in the CRM, in coordination with the CRM Coordinator.

Record customer issues and escalate them for timely resolution. Support Accounts with payment reminders and customer follow-up against agreed terms. Escalate overdue payments or disputes to the Area Sales Manager. Report competitor activity, customer objections, pricing feedback and new project opportunities. Support exhibitions and local customer meetings as assigned. Qualifications and skills Graduate in any discipline or diploma holder; an electrical, engineering, commerce or business background is preferred. 0–2 years of sales or business development experience. Exposure to cables, electrical products, industrial supplies or project sales is an advantage. Transparent communication in Gujarati and Hindi, with basic English for emails, quotations and product documents. Comfort with field visits, prospecting calls, customer meetings and consistent follow-up. Basic Excel, email and CRM skills, with accurate recordkeeping and a willingness to learn cable and conductor terminology. Ability to organise a daily visit plan, listen to customer requirements and work with guidance from the Area Sales Manager. Performance measures Targets will be set by the Area Sales Manager according to territory potential and the stage of commercial operations. Performance will be assessed on: Quality of prospect mapping, customer meetings and qualified enquiries generated. Timely follow-up, accuracy of CRM records and progress of active opportunities. After commercial operations begin, contribution to order conversion, sales targets, repeat enquiries and timely payment follow-up. Decision making and coordination
• This role has no direct reports. The executive coordinates customer requirements and follow-up under the Area Sales Manager. Pricing, discounts, credit terms, technical confirmations and delivery commitments must follow the applicable approval process. Tendering and vendor registration requirements should be referred through the Area Sales Manager to the designated teams.
