The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to develop engaging content for brands across different industries. You will work closely with the marketing team to manage social media platforms, create compelling content, support digital marketing campaigns, and strengthen brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
• Content Creation: Develop engaging and original content for social media posts, reels, videos, promotional creatives, and marketing campaigns.
• Social Media Management: Manage and maintain brand profiles across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Copywriting: Write creative captions, headlines, promotional messages, website content, and brand communication.
• Website Content: Create and update website content to improve brand communication and user engagement.
• Blogs & Articles: Research, write, and publish blogs and articles relevant to the brand, its industry, and target audience.
• Trend Research: Stay updated on social media trends, trending audio, content formats, competitor activities, and digital marketing developments.
• Campaign Management:



Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• SEO Optimisation: Apply basic SEO best practices to website content, blogs, articles, and other digital assets.
• Creative Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for posters, promotional campaigns, reels, and other marketing materials.
• Performance Monitoring: Track social media performance, audience engagement, reach, and campaign results to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the digital marketing, design, performance marketing, and content teams to ensure consistent brand communication. Required Skills & Competencies
• Excellent written communication and creative writing skills.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Knowledge of social media content planning and scheduling.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO.
• Creativity in developing engaging content ideas and brand stories.
• Basic graphic design skills using tools such as Canva.
• Familiarity with reels, short-form videos, and social media trends.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.
• Willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and digital marketing techniques.
