Role Description This is a full-time, work-from-home role for a Business Development Consultant / Trainee at Bhanzu. The role involves identifying and qualifying current business opportunities, engaging prospective learners and parents, and promoting Bhanzu’s math learning programs through consultative conversations. The consultant will manage lead pipelines, conduct online demos or discovery calls, and support the conversion of leads into enrollments while maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with the growth and marketing teams,



providing feedback on customer needs, and contributing to sales strategies that expand Bhanzu’s global reach. The position is remote, requiring the ability to work effectively with distributed teams across time zones. Qualifications
• Business development skills, including New Business Development and Business Planning, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and support sales strategies.
• Lead Generation and prospecting skills, with experience managing funnels, nurturing leads, and using CRM or sales tools.
• Consulting and advisory skills, with a customer-centric approach to understanding learner needs and recommending suitable programs.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, effective presentation, and active listening abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort with remote work environments, digital collaboration tools, and flexible

working hours
aligned to global learner markets.
• Prior experience in edtech, inside sales, or counseling for educational programs is an advantage.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets while maintaining an ethical, learner-first approach.
