Role DescriptionArcnic Advertising is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to expand our client base and generate new business opportunities. This is a remote, commission-based opportunity ideal for individuals who have strong communication skills, enjoy networking, and are confident in approaching potential clients and closing deals. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, reaching out to businesses, presenting Arcnic's services, building client relationships, following up on leads, and converting prospects into paying customers. Commission Structure
• Commission: 25% of the eligible project amount for every project successfully brought in and closed by the candidate.

Earnings are entirely performance-based.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential clients in the healthcare, education, real estate, and other relevant sectors.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach,



LinkedIn, social media, and networking.
• Promote Arcnic's branding, 3D advertising, graphic design, motion graphics, and digital marketing services.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the creative team to prepare proposals and quotations.
• Follow up with prospects, negotiate project terms, and help close deals.
• Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and sales progress.
• Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Qualifications
• Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sales, business development, and client acquisition.
• Confidence in approaching potential clients and presenting services.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Good follow-up, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, freelancing, or lead generation is an advantage but not mandatory.
