About the Role
We are hiring an experienced and results-driven SEO Growth Specialist who can independently develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive SEO strategies. We are looking for someone who goes beyond keyword rankings and understands how SEO contributes to organic traffic, qualified leads, conversions, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, off-page SEO, content strategy, international SEO, and emerging AI-powered search optimization. This role requires strong analytical skills, independent execution, and the ability to turn SEO insights into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
• SEO Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies focused on organic visibility, keyword rankings, qualified traffic, and lead generation.
• Technical SEO: Conduct technical audits and identify and resolve crawling, indexing, canonicalization, redirects, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and website architecture issues.
• On-Page SEO: Optimize landing pages, website content, metadata, internal linking, keyword targeting, and search intent alignment.
• Off-Page SEO: Plan and execute ethical link-building campaigns, guest posting, digital PR, backlink outreach, and authority-building initiatives.
• AI Search Optimization: Implement AI SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to improve discoverability across Google AI Overviews, AI Mode,



ChatGPT Search, and other AI-powered search experiences.
• Keyword & Competitor Research: Identify high-intent commercial keywords, analyze competitors, discover content gaps, and prioritize growth opportunities.
• Local & International SEO: Execute local SEO and international SEO strategies, including Google Business Profile optimization where applicable.
• Content Strategy: Develop SEO content calendars, topic clusters, keyword mapping, and optimized content briefs in collaboration with content writers.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush, and other SEO tools. Track organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and qualified leads.
• Conversion Optimization: Identify and implement improvements that help convert organic visitors into business enquiries.
• Independent Execution: Own SEO planning, implementation, performance monitoring, and continuous optimization while collaborating with developers, designers, and content teams. Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3–5 years of proven, hands-on SEO experience. Candidates with exceptional practical expertise may be considered regardless of exact experience.
• Advanced knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Practical understanding of AI SEO, AEO, GEO, and evolving search engine technologies.
• Strong proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Semrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Experience with technical SEO audits, structured data, Core Web Vitals, indexing, and crawl optimization.
• Proven ability to execute link-building and authority-building strategies.
• Experience in keyword research, competitor analysis, SEO content planning, and search intent optimization.
• Knowledge of WordPress, HTML fundamentals, and website optimization.
• Understanding of organic lead generation,



conversion tracking, and SEO performance measurement.
• Ability to independently manage SEO strategies from planning through execution.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and professional communication. Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience working with digital marketing agencies, B2B companies, SaaS businesses, or lead generation websites.
• Experience targeting competitive international markets, particularly the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.
• Experience optimizing websites for AI-powered search platforms.
• Familiarity with Looker Studio, SEO automation, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Demonstrated success in improving organic conversions and qualified business enquiries.
