Role Description The Senior Accountant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhiwandi. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end and year-end closing activities. The Senior Accountant prepares and reviews financial statements, monitors cash flow, and supports budgeting and forecasting processes. The role ensures compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls, and coordinates with external auditors as needed.



The Senior Accountant also provides financial analysis and reporting to management, supports process improvements, and may mentor junior team members. Qualifications
• Strong financial accounting and reporting skills, including general ledger management, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial analysis to support decision-making and business planning.
• Knowledge of applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements, with experience managing audits and internal controls.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems, along with solid Excel and data management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills to present financial information and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CA, CPA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Several years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, packaging, or a similar industry.
• Ability to work on-site in Bhiwandi and contribute effectively in a rapid-paced, growth-oriented environment.
