Salary:
₹7–9 lakhs per annum

Key Responsibilities
• Mechanical Development & CAD: Develop, improve and optimize mechanical components, mechanisms and assemblies. Create high-quality 3D CAD models and manufacturing drawings.
• Prototyping & Testing: Support prototype assembly, execute tests, analyze failures and develop practical engineering solutions.
• Industrialization: Improve designs for reliability, manufacturability, assembly and cost-effective series production.
• Technical Documentation: Maintain engineering drawings, CAD data, Bills of Materials (BOMs) and revision control.
• Sourcing & Manufacturing: Evaluate components and collaborate with suppliers for CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, 3D printing and other manufacturing processes.
• Technical Ownership: Proactively identify challenges, contribute creative ideas and independently drive engineering solutions forward.



What We Are Looking For
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical product development, machinery or industrial automation.
• Strong 3D CAD skills, preferably SolidWorks.
• Good understanding of engineering drawings, fits, tolerances and ISO GPS principles.
• Hands-on experience with prototyping, assembly, testing and troubleshooting.
• Creative, solution-oriented mindset with high quality standards.
• Ability to work independently, take responsibility and adapt to changing priorities.
• Good English communication skills. Nice to Have: Experience with special-purpose machinery, industrial automation, electromechanical systems, sensors, motor drives or basic electronics. Why Join Us?
