Role Description This is a full-time remote Recruiter role responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent to support Lipika Workforce Solutions and its clients in the digital marketing and creator economy space. On a day-to-day basis, the Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including drafting job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes. The role involves building strong talent pipelines, using digital platforms and social media to identify candidates, and maintaining an organized applicant tracking process.



The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide market insights, and ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience. The position also includes maintaining recruitment metrics, refining sourcing strategies, and supporting onboarding activities as needed. Qualifications
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Ability to use online job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms to identify and engage talent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to conduct structured interviews and provide clear feedback.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines in a remote workplace.
• Understanding of digital marketing, creator economy, or social media roles (e.g., YouTube, content creation, SEO) is highly beneficial.
