About the Role
We are seeking motivated and dependable Civil Engineers to support the execution and coordination of our construction and infrastructure projects. This role offers hands-on experience in technical calculations, quantity estimation, BOQs, site execution, and project coordination. You will collaborate with experienced engineers and senior management, developing your technical skills, taking ownership of assigned responsibilities, and gaining experience throughout various stages of project delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with civil engineering calculations, BOQs, quantity estimation, measurements, and technical documentation.
- Support construction planning, site execution, and coordination for assigned projects.
- Review drawings, monitor work progress, and identify discrepancies or execution issues.




- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain project records, progress reports, and execution documentation.
- Support quality checks and ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and site procedures.
- Take increasing ownership of technical deliverables and project activities as your experience develops. What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience or freshers with strong fundamentals are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of civil engineering principles, construction practices, and drawings.
- Familiarity with quantity estimation, BOQs, and site execution is desirable.
- Robust communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- A responsible attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
