As a Product Owner, you will play a key role in defining and delivering next-generation AI-driven Network Operations Center (NOC) solutions that enhance operational efficiency, automate workflows, and improve network reliability. Your Role As a Product Owner, you will drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution for an AI-powered Telecom NOC platform. You will collaborate closely with telecom operations teams, AI architects, UX designers, and engineering teams to deliver creative solutions that address complex operational challenges. In this role, you will:
• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Identify and prioritize AI-driven automation opportunities across NOC operations.
• Translate business requirements into Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer needs.
• Work closely with Agile development teams to deliver high-quality product increments.
• Design and optimize user journeys for NOC operators, network engineers, and operations teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across telecom operations, engineering, AI, and UX functions.
• Drive product discovery workshops and gather customer feedback to shape future enhancements.
• Monitor product adoption, performance,



and business outcomes to guide product evolution.

Your Profile
Mandatory

Skills:
• 8–12 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Telecom Transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of Telecom NOC operations, OSS, Service Assurance, Network Monitoring, and Incident Management.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with OSS/BSS and ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar solutions.
• Knowledge of telecom ecosystems and platforms including Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, Amdocs, Netcool, or Blue Planet.
• Proven ability to manage product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred

• Experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, AIOps, and Intelligent Automation solutions.
• Exposure to AI-driven operations, predictive analytics, and automation frameworks within telecom environments.
